House Plan 2073 - 55 is a rare floor plan. It's hard to believe that this floor plan offers so much in just 2,073 sqare feet. To begin the elegance of Louisiana architecture is capture in the french country style adorning the front elevation of this house plan. One enters in a foyer which off the batt offers the opportunity for storage for guest coats. Entering the genrously sized living room one sees this is an open floor plan yet each of its functions has its own place to dwell. On center of the grand archway between the living room and the kitchen we find the kitchen island whose pinwheel location enjoys connections to the living room and the dining room.
Being a split plan the master bedroom is separated from the public spaces of the house plan giving its owner refuge and privacy. A vocal point as entering the master bathroom is the whirlpool tub which has a large window letting in plenty of natural light. Double bowl vanity, linen cabinet, shower and private toilet room are the essence of comfort for this family's heads of household. Just outside the master bedroom is private home office, large walk-in pantry, and a large laundry room which is in close proximity to the entry into the house from the garage.
Across the house are the four bedrooms which in the hall that feeds them we find more storage for linen and the like. Attention to efficiency and not letting any space go without claiming its use is how.
